Meditate

During meditation you allow to reach a calm as well as balanced perspective. Negativity washes away and disappears. Meditation creates a gateway to higher states of consciousness, a connection to the love, to the wisdom of your Higher Self. You return to a place of clarity. Truth and Peace. Meditation allows you to clear, align and also to recharge.

Honour Your Emotions

Listen to what your emotions are telling you. What is going on inside of yourself? Honour your emotions no matter if they are negative. No matter how uncomfortable they are. Listen carefully to what thoughts, to what beliefs they are pointing to. What needs changing? What needs to be aligned? Express and release your feelings. Let go of them. Don’t deny, repress, control or even judge them, but don’t hang on to them and if they don’t serve you, don’t give them undue attention. They are your emotions. Accept them, honour them and release them.

You Are Loved

By the source of creation you are loved. Totally. Unconditionally. KNOW that! Whatever you are doing, there is nothing that needs doing for you to be loved. There is nothing you can do to lose that love. When you become aware of this truth, when you KNOW this truth, it connects you to your inherent value. You will notice that it increases your sense. Your sense of worth. Your sense of deserving. Your pain of separation will be healed. So will your loneliness. You open up to the love that is there for each of us in each and every single moment.

Forgiveness of self and others

The ultimate mind-body-soul detox happens when you forgive yourself and others. You feel liberated from toxic emotions. Forgiving yourself and others sets you free. By forgiving someone else, you also forgive yourself. Forgiveness heals and transforms. So give yourself and another the gift of forgiveness.

Let fun into your life

Fun attracts success. It is like a magnet and attracts more. Fun is the answer to stress. The antidote to struggle, seriousness and makes an end to an monotonous, repetitive life. Commit yourself to having more fun. Open up and share who you are. Be spontaneous, joyful. Think about what brings you fun and go out there and live it.

Loving yourself

Loving yourself comes first! Some days it is easier than others, so make sure you give yourself the attention. Love should be your guiding light. Your heart seeks love, and when you feel separation, that is where all your trouble and pain comes from. Don’t we all love to love and be loved? Love is the highest vibration there is. Love yourself and others and your life will become brighter, happier as well as successful.
