The B Vitamins are easily digestible. They do not store in the body and they have to be replaced on a daily basis, as they are passed out when you urinate.
The Vitamin B complex is a group of Vitamins containing eight essential nutrients as well as some other related substances. The Vitamins being B 1 - thiamine, B 2 - riboflavin, B 3 - niacin, B 6 - pyridoxine, B 12 - cobalamine, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin. There are also choline, inositol and para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), which are related substances. Each of them perform distinctive functions, but they are all working as a team and are also found in similar sources of nutrition to maintain good health and vitality.
