The Tibetan Goji berry (Lycium Eleganus) is considered to be the most health enhancing of the many varieties of the botanical Lycium. In a study the Berries were given to elderly people once a day for three weeks. The results showed that they experienced increased levels in “T” cell transformation function as well as white blood cell activity showing indication in a strengthened immune system. They slept better, their mood brightened and some experienced an increased libido.
