Personal and Global Transformation | What are your intentions?
Personal and Global Transformation | What are your intentions?
Posted by Viola Woolcott
There is much going on around the globe. The clock is ticking. Less than 5 years. We are heading for the year 2012.
What are your intentions for the rest of the year? Do you know what is that you want? Are you writing it all down? Do you live the life you were meant to live? And what about using your unique abilities? Investigate, discover and embrace your life purpose, your reason for being here. Are you ready to make a difference? A difference in your life? A difference in the world? Today? This year?
Have you considered meditating? I am sure that we have all heard or read about meditation. That meditating is a stress-reducer. That it makes one feel more connected. More focused and also happier. Meditate 10 minutes a day, listen to the silence for 365 days a year and you will experience the new you.
Should you feel restricted, limited in your life, it is of your own creation. It is up to you to break free. Once you recognise that in truth everything is possible, you have infinite possibilities! Don’t stop dreaming.
Be and behave responsible. Be kind. You are your own worst enemy. You are your best friend. You are your own boss. There is no reason why you can’t change your mind and watch everybody around you change too.
Who are you? Know that you are NOT your things. You are NOT your position. You are NOT your circle of friends. The real, authentic you is present in a place that is outside of space and time.
Let go of your fears. Fear is a shadow of yesterday. A mirage of the future. Only in the present moment, in the here and now all possibilities exist.
Remember: Freedom equals ‘No’ Fear! You are not living in the now, in the moment if you find yourself worrying, depressed or even totally unhappy. That means that you are not really grateful. Being grateful means being connected to life’s blessings. Happiness and abundance will follow once you let go.
We all know that Love can change anything. Love can move mountains. Love connects. Love is togetherness. Love is the end of separation. Love offers change and new life in each and every moment.
