It happens all of the time. When we are hurt or wounded in a relationship we want to give up on love. We feel driven to have a negative, condemning, and yes, an even sarcastic attitude towards thinking positive thoughts about our lives. Don’t you realise that you are living in a ‘dark’, ‘depressing’, ‘hopeless’, cloudy’ mindset? Have you never noticed that when things seem to be at its worst, at its darkest, that there is ALWAYS a beautiful silver lining that accompanies every experience?
I know a easy way of dealing with this. Tried and tested. And it works. VERY simple! Stop focusing on the negative! But how do we do that? To stop focusing on something that you complain about, or something you really want to change, just change your thinking. Think about something that you can be grateful for, something that you appreciate, something that makes you happy, something that you love. I know that you may think it sounds to easy, that it can’t be done, but NO doubt, it can! It may take a few minutes to change your focus, but I guarantee that you feel better for it. You feel lighter. You feel uplifted inside. By changing your focus on the things that are working, things that you enjoy, that are beautiful in your life you shift the energy and the manifestation vibration. You manifest what it is that you want, be it people or even the experiences your heart desires. Go on, you have nothing to loose.
