Merck | Mandatory UNTESTED HPV Vaccine is an Assault on Health Freedom

In the United Kingdom, Scottish health authorities declared last summer (2006) that they were seriously considering making the HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) vaccine a requirement for 9 year old girls, but while that scheme was overthrown due to parental concerns, they are still debating whether the vaccine should be used on girls aged 12 and older. HPV has more than 100 variants, which are usually very treatable. Circa 30 strains are transmitted sexually and the direct cause of as many as 70 percent of all cervical cancer cases, according to the American Society for Clinical Investigation.
Rick Perry, the governor of Texas recently mandated the shots for girls as young as 11 or 12. By September 2008, it will be obligatory that girls beginning 6th grade be vaccinated with shots of Gardasil, which is the only HPV vaccine obtainable right now. It is being provided by drug-maker Merck, who have been trying to influence the government to make Gardasil mandatory across the USA after the government approved Gardasil in June 2006. 18 states are currently debating whether to make the shots mandatory or not. All 50 have been targeted by Merck. Texas is the first to actually mandate the vaccines. Hopefully this wont start a chain reaction in the other states.
Although there is no law allowing to make the dangerous, untested HPV vaccine mandatory, the media is once again deceiving and fooling parents into thinking Merck shots are mandatory, whilst big pharma laughs as obscene profits accumulate. Practically straight after Perry’s announcement, newspapers and TV stations began to report that it was “the law” that parents had to have their child vaccinated.
As with all vaccines, Perry’s executive order merely states the vaccine is “recommended,” but the mass media are persistent advocators of conditioning people to believe if they don’t get vaccinated they will be kicked out of school, arrested and thrown in jail. This trick will continue to blind Americans into taking all kinds of dangerous and untested vaccines, the number of which rises every year, until they realise there is no law that forces them to take any vaccine. This information isn’t just essential for Texans, it is essential for all residing in all states of the USA.
No law exists in America, those applying to medical workers dismissed, that states you or your child has to take any vaccine whatsoever, no matter what any executive order, requirement, mandate or policy dictates and there is no situation where you can go to prison for refusing a government vaccine under the U.S. constitution and the law of the land.
Lawmakers and parents alike have objected to Perry’s February 2nd command. Texas lawmakers including Senator Jane Nelson, have petitioned for a turn around of the decision but the Legislature has no authority to repeal Perry’s executive order. Parents CAN opt out of their daughters receiving the shot, for religious or philosophical reason by filling out an affidavit. Those for the vaccine state this doesn’t get rid of the mandatory obstruction of parental authority over medical decisions for children.
Merck is one of the richest organisations on the globe and the mandatory inoculation of young girls is a huge win to them. They are obviously just interested in big money and not the real health of these girls. Why do people still believe big pharmaceutical organisations?
Those in favour of Perry’s bill claim Gardasil is a lifesaver, pointing out that most insurance companies cover it. They also support the vaccine because cervical cancer kills around 3,700 American women annually, and no serious side effects have yet been linked with the vaccine.
Those NOT in favour of the bill for one are against the vaccine because as the virus is generally sexually transmitted, giving the shot before a girl first sexual encounter may make the girls think they can have sex underage! They say too that making the shots mandatory are a clear-cut breach of human rights, an insult to American’s freedom and a type of medical bondage, by a system of government increasingly owned and run by powerful organisations not remotely concerned about public health. They are exploiting humans and endangering lives to produce outrageous monetary gain. Also, doctors, scientists and experts weren’t consulted before the mandate was passed.
Side effects reported so far include loss of consciousness following apparent seizures, experiencing severe headaches, dizziness and temporary loss of vision. “There is no proof Gardasil will stop cervical cancer,” said Clayton Young, an obstetrician/gynaecologist in Texas, “They haven’t been studying it long enough to make that claim”.
Merck not able to promote the “benefits” of the vaccine to make enough profit out of it, turned to state legislature to force young girls (and in other states children as young as eight) to take the shot.
Clue: Gardasil costs around $360 per three-shot regimen, meaning Merck would make billions of dollars if mandatory vaccines were given nationwide. Most of Merck’s funding goes the women’s advocacy group, Women in Government, made up of female state legislators from across the nation. Perry has ties to these as well as Merck.
Perry’s past Chief of Staff, Mike Toomey is one of Merck influential figures in Texas and Rep. Dianne White Delisi, is a state director for Women in Government as well as the mother-in-law of Perry’s present chief of staff, Deirdre Delisi. Merck also gave Perry $6000 through its political action committee during his re-election campaign in 2005.
In the state of Virginia, ‘required vaccination’ is next, but “a parent or guardian may elect for his daughter not to receive this vaccine.” Here is a good reason NOT to let your daughter be vaccinated with this stuff, an amendment that was to be added to the bill, but was later rejected stated:

This implies your daughter may end up sterile, not able to have children or a child with birth defects due to this ‘wonder-drug’. But, the FDA says it’s safe and how many other drugs have they taken off the market after innocent Americans have died or suffered major health disasters? The FDA is never held responsible, but the lawyers are and have been making millions. If the FDA says it’s safe, don’t take it. In America – now is the time to contact your state legislator and senator and tell them you will NOT subject your daughter to this vaccination, no questions asked.

YES, you can. You have every right to and don’t let them tell you otherwise!!!!
These vaccnines are not untested. If you want details of the clinical trials carried out look at the US centre for disease control (CDC) website or the European medicines agency (EMA). There have been dozens of trials all showing a reduction in the incidence of cancer. One, cited on the EMA website showed a reduction in cervical cancer from 85 in over 8000 women studied to 1 in over 8000 it also reduced the development of genital warts from 189 in over 8000 women to 2.
As for safety, the recognised symptoms of Gardasil include fainting, headaches and nausia. There have been no serious side effects. But is being 70% less likely to develop cervical cancer and 90% less likely to develop genital warts (incidently only 50% less likely to be transmitted with the use of a condom) not worth a couple of days of mild headaches?
It may well be the case that these vaccines are only developed to make money for large pharmaceutical companies, such is the cold, soul-less nature of a capitalist system, but these vaccines DO work. To suggest otherwise is to ignore the facts presented over and over again by those with the know-how and resources to meticulously test these products. We shouldn’t be putting our health and those of our children at risk simply to deny Merck & Co a few hundred dollars.
