Loosing Weight Drinking Green Tea and Other Health Benefits!

Green Tea has been used as a medicine in China for at least 4,000 years. Today in Asia and the West, scientific research has provided hard evidence that no other drink or food to have as many health benefits as Green Tea. It has been used to treat everything from headaches to depression.

It has also been indicated that drinking Green Tea lowers cholesterol levels and restricts the abnormal formation of blood clots. This adds to the importance considering that thrombosis (formation of abnormal blood clots) is the main cause for strokes and heart attacks.
