Honeymooners are Looking for Green Destinations

Honeymooners are Looking for Green Destinations

Posted by Viola Woolcott

More and more couples are looking for environmental friendly destinations.

Tree houses in Africa - Igloos in Switzerland - a hut in the Amazon may not be your thing or even your idea of honeymoon, but these days even newly-weds choose spending ‘their’ night in a bed surrounded by a mosquito net instead of a bed covered with rose petals. Traditional romantic places are replaced for environmentally friendly retreats.

Lets face it, couples tend to spend a lot of money in a very short space of time on their honeymoons and looking at it more closely, green honeymoons is the newest trend and if you ask me a good choice for beginning your life together.

For most, the honeymoon is one of the most remarkable occasions and so is picking somewhere that will leave long, lasting memories. So if you plan a green wedding, why not consider a green honeymoon?

  1. McDonald’s Rocks.

  2. Well, you are what you eat. McDonalds would certainly NOT make it anywhere near my body. DISGUSTING!!! ;-)
