Heal Your Wounds and Life Lets You Enjoy More Of Its Blessings

You may or may not be conscious of the wounds you carry with you from the past and they may even inhibit you from embracing life to the full, no matter if you are aware of them or not. By healing your wounds, your repressed emotions, limiting beliefs and old patterns means life lets you enjoy more of its blessings.
Luckily to heal your past, you do not need to go back into it, as it will re-appear to you in the present. Showing up as ‘bad’ memories it is likely that feelings like resentment, hate, tension, anger, fear or jealousy are triggered off. Dealing with discomfort in ‘this’ moment moves you towards healing your past.
Pay attention to your aches and pains. They are nature’s way to give you a clue, talk to you, guide you and to make you aware that something is going on inside of yourself.
Growth and healing happens when you move into and through the pain, instead of moving away from it. Personality wants to resist, but growth happens when you embrace those qualities. Accept, honour and embrace both the ‘bad’ and the ‘good’ in wholeness. Re-imagine what it is you desire by using the power of your imagination. You can do this by bringing Love into a situation.
Problems help you Grow and the more you release the suffering that arises every day, the more and the easier you will heal your past.
