Focus on the good in a person
Focus on the good in a person
Posted by Viola Woolcott
When you focus only on the good in a person, you may be amazed what your new focus reveals.
Don’t try changing someone, as it’s a waste of time. Just thinking about wanting to change someone in itself means that you think they aren’t good enough. These are thoughts full of judgement, resentment and disapproval.
Think thoughts of appreciation, gratitude or love, otherwise your negative thoughts will bring nothing else but separation between you and that person.
Final Thought:
Remember, we all mirror each other. If there is someone you resent or do not like, ask yourself, what is this person showing me that I don’t like about myself.

I love these thoughts. Thinking good about others is the best way to use our free will. By practicing this we are creating supportive surrounding for ourselves also.
Thank you
