How do you feel about fear and anger? Not only in yourself, but also in others? And how do you deal with it?

Fear and anger are very powerful energies and by being scared of these energies we might even try to deny or hide them. By lacking control of the energy of fear and anger we inflict it on others or things.

Even though most think that we do, but we do not inherit character, we build it on a daily basis by the way we think, the way we act and that is thought-by-thought, action-by-action. By letting anger, hate or fear take control over our mind, they turn against us, they turn out to be chains, put on by ourselves.

We have a habit, a particular response in how we react to fear and anger. Generally it is a reflection of how we experienced fear and anger as children as well as how the adults handled our own fear and anger at the time when we were younger. Healing your past helps you to step into a brighter and happier future.

Like any emotion, fear and anger bring us information and the information tells us how we feel about what we experience. The energy will pass, if we receive the message as well as learning more about ourselves.

Your day started out peacefully. Than you perceived that someone did something that he/she shouldn’t have done and than YOU chose to be angry. This means that that someone has taken your power. Now it is YOU who is angry, wound up, resentful, hurt. How long is that feeling going to last? It is your choice. Send someone who you feel has wronged you love. Whenever love is given away, the healing process begins for yourself as well as the other person. This is also the way for you to remain tranquil.

We can’t grow and change if we are in anger or fear mode and there is no way that we hear and pay attention to what surrounds us if we don’t let go of that feeling. In fear mode we can’t carry out our daily actions that would help us bring closer to whatever “it” is to us more rapidly.

A lot of the time we underestimate how quickly we could change our feelings, because we underestimate our ability to change them by changing our thoughts. Negative thoughts and complex and painful memories are like a virus destroying your immune system. Carrying thoughts and memories of fear and anger with you, holds your cells in fear and anger mode eating away at you, which makes it harder to grow and change as well as create your place of tranquillity and wellness.

<><> Behaviour creates Experiences
<><> Experiences create Illusions
<><> Illusions become Reality
<><> Reality becomes Beliefs

It is a circle and everything in the circle changes when anything in the circle changes.

Each day is a new beginning with new perspectives you can build on.
