WHAT ARE PRIONS
Prions - infectious particle of protein that (unlike a virus) contains no nucleic acid (acid found in all living cells I.e. DNA or RNA), doesn’t trigger an immune response and are neither destroyed by extreme heat, like fire, nor cold, or by freezing, disinfectants, sterilisation procedures like used in an operating room, not by incineration and not even by radiation.
Prions are considered to be responsible for diseases like Scrapie, BSE, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease as well as Kuru.
Scrapie is a disease sheep’s and goats suffer from, which is usually fatal as it affects the nervous system, which is marked by intense itching and the loss of muscular control. It is similar to BSE in cattle as well as CJD in humans.
Cattle Disease - BSE and CJD - Creutzfeldt-Jacob Disease in humans is believed to be caused by a transmissible protein particle Prion, a disease that affects the nervous system of cattle. The full form being - Spongiform Encephalopathy.
KURU is a fatal degenerative disease of the central nervous system (very similar to that of Creutzfeldt-Jacob) which affects some people in New Guinea. Researchers believe that the disease comes from the practise of consuming the brains of an ancestor.
NO WAY HAS BEEN FOUND TO DESTROY PRIONS!
NOT by government agencies, nor scientists!
Even grinding and incinerating the dead cows as well as other animals carcasses, who died from Mad Cow Disease WILL NOT DESTROY the Prion. The infectious particle remains!
Cattle, sheep farmers as well as other producers who slaughtered animals and used them for food, started ‘factory-farming’ over 30 years ago. The animals were raised in very close quarters. In penned areas. Fattening them up as fast as possible to sell them on the market, they were fed hormones and other chemicals. Their immune systems were so weakened because of there awful living conditions, that they had to be given strong and huge amounts of antibiotics, as they became ill very easily.
To cut the costs, the animals were fed on ground-up dead animals. As well as feeding them on humane society animals I.e. cats and dogs that had been euthanized, they were fed animals that had died of disease or were road-killed and offal, animal parts that weren’t fit for human consumption.
Sheep and cows are supposed to graze, to eat grass. They DON’T eat meat. They are herbivores, therefore vegetarians. How can they stay healthy, if they are fed the ‘wrong’ diet? Naturally their digestive systems as well as their body’s suffer when they are fed ground up dead animals in their food that died from disease.
When sheep suffer with ‘scrapie’ (as mentioned earlier), they scrape themselves against fences and other objects until they injuring themselves. In the end they die as they develop neurological disorders. Still, the farmer grinds them up and feeds them to other animals which are to be used for human consumption I.e. cows, pigs, chicken. The ‘feed’ is called HIGH PROTEIN PELLETS!
After feeding the other animals on the HIGH PROTEIN PELLETS, they get sick and die due to this awful, horrible practise. Again, they are ground up to be fed to other types of animals which are raised for us humans for consumption!
