Eco-Logs is a privately owned Welsh company which is run by Chris and Sandra Belcham, Eco-Logs utilises waste material that would otherwise be going to landfill or burned in an uncontrolled manner. Purchases of Eco-Logs prevent the unnecessary felling of plantation timber for use as firewood, thereby preserving natural habitat.

Eco-Logs have a far higher calorific value than the most completely seasoned ordinary timber. They are made of 100% pure wood waste – dry and densely compressed – so that they have a much lower moisture content than firewood (about 6% moisture against natural wood’s 30%+) and as a result burn hotter.

    We have just tried eco logs for the first time. They are brilliant if you buy hardwood briquettes especialy. They last for ages and we will never go back to buying ordinary logs again.
