Do the Things That Make You Happy

The powers of the mind and emotions are incredible and give us accurate feedback at exactly the right time in every area of our life. That gives us you the chance to tune into ourselves to make right choices in every life situation. That means that you can naturally influence your health as well as your energy.
Did you know that our body’s are designed to last for 100 years? Of course, that is if we care for it and if we maintain it in the right manner.
What happens when something goes wrong with any of your body parts? Your body makes itself ‘heard’! You may experience discomfort. Or even some kind or form of pain. And we all know that when something isn’t right our body does not function smoothly or without pain. We always have the choice to correct it.
Some of us go to the doctor. Take pills, medication. Others choose to undergo physical therapies. Maybe book an appointment with a massage therapist or they decide to see a chiropractitioner. In some cases, where discomfort or even pain is ignored, it can lead to more serious situations.
Listen to yourself, as nature has provided you with a way to KNOW emotionally what is right or wrong for you. Nature gives you physical pain to guide you. To do or not to do things in the physical realm. Nature gives you emotional pain to guide you. To do or not to do things in the mental and also the emotional realm.
Listen to yourself. Your mind. Your body. Your emotions. And than all you got to do is follow through with the ‘instructions’, and you will be guided towards a better quality of life.

Health and Vitality = natural state of the physical body
Peace and Happiness = natural state of emotions
Remember:
Nature wants you to be
HAPPY! - HEALTHY! - PROSPEROUS!
Of course, we all experience times where we don’t feel at peace or where we don’t feel happy. Unhappiness can cause physical pain. Next time your body hurts, take it as an indication that there is something ‘missing’. Or maybe it is your ‘wrong’ thinking, something you are doing or even something that you are saying. Use your feelings as your ‘happiness’ indicator. It’s the best indicator you will ever get. Your feelings will let you know if there is something you should do less of or if there is something you should do more of. Discomfort and pain is just the messenger.
When you feel fidgety, uneasy, dissatisfied, restless, when you can’t find rest and sleep, when you feel angry or are irritable for reasons that are unclear, when you feel upset and you don’t understand your emotions, go within and listen to yourself. Trust that inner voice, it is talking to you and if there are parts of your life you feel cause you stress or even unhappiness, deal with it now.
Listen to yourself and do all the things that make you happy and once you achieve that, you will not make any more ’mistakes’.
