I come across this article today and thought that some of us may feel the same way as Adrian Saker. Who wouldn’t like to send the message “It is time to act to save the planet” to the government and the people into the world? Adrian Saker is making his point clear. He believes that his slogan: “It’s Time to Mother Nature” will get attention.
Adrian Saker has announced in his blog:
Dear Secret Service,
As an act of civil disobedience I’m risking a $5,000 fine and six months in prison (under U.S. 18 U.S.C. 331) for this line I penned and have been printing on every bank note that passes through my hands, but it’s a chance I’m willing to take to send the White House a message.
Wouldn’t it be easier to stamp paper currency in private with less risk of pursuit? Adrian shows that he is willing to take personal risks by posting his intentions in writing. Who knows, maybe the government gets the message.
